There may be practical reasons for players to change clubs. For example, players may trial with one club but end up playing for another in the actual competition or change clubs and/or leagues due to relocation. Any player that is transferring between Gridiron West clubs, or from an interstate club must complete a player transfer form prior to registering with their new club/league.

All clubs are responsible for ensuring that match reports and team sheets are completed in their entirety and accurately reflect the scores and statistics for each game. Match reports and team sheets must be submitted by email before 6pm Sunday for each round. The online league ladder and tables are generated from the team sheets, and they are essential for ensuring our records and website are kept up to date.
